How to Apply
1. Create your account
Sign up and set up your organization. You can start your free trial right away.
2. Upload your IRS letter
In Billing, open Nonprofit discount and enter your legal name and EIN with your IRS determination or affirmation letter (PDF, JPG or PNG).
3. Get verified
We check the letter right away against public IRS records. If the check cannot confirm it, our team reviews it, usually within one business day.
Your nonprofit discount is not active yet. You will be charged the full price until your nonprofit status is verified. After verification, the discount applies to your first charge if you are still in your free trial, otherwise from your next renewal.

Frequently Asked Questions
The automated check usually finishes within a minute or two of the upload. It uses AI to read your letter and looks up your EIN in a public nonprofit registry. If it cannot confirm everything, our team reviews the letter, usually within one business day. We email your organization's owners and admins with the result.
The full list price. Once you are verified, the discount applies to your first charge if you are still in your free trial, otherwise from your next renewal. Charges made before verification are not refunded or adjusted.
Yes. The 50% nonprofit discount applies to annual plans too, and annual billing already includes 2 months free. For example, Essentials is $600 a year for a verified nonprofit.
Any organization with valid IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status qualifies, including healthcare nonprofits, community health centers, charitable clinics, and nonprofit healthcare software organizations. Nonprofit pricing does not apply to a workspace that a partner pays for. Nonprofits that are not covered by HIPAA, such as many pregnancy centers and free clinics, qualify too; see privacy compliance for nonprofits outside HIPAA.
No yearly reverification is needed. You must tell us within 30 days if your exempt status is revoked or lapses. If your organization stops qualifying, we give you notice before the regular price applies, from your next renewal after that notice.
