Questions
- Can I see my client's progress?
- Today, yes, if your client invites you into its workspace as a team member. You then see what your role allows. A console across all your clients is part of the planned partner program.
- Do I ever see patient data?
- Only what your client stores in its workspace and lets you see by inviting you, such as an incident record or an evidence file. Your client decides who it invites.
- Who supports my client?
- We do, by email at support@polestargrc.com. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
